National lnstitute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER)is an autonomous institution established under the aegis of Department of Chemical and Petrochemicals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers at Hajupur, district Vaishali, Bihar It is being set up as a centre of excellence for higher education, research and development in pharmaceutical sciences under Act of Parliament.
